Shipping Options

Delivery postage

Free shipping for non-bulky orders over $49. Otherwise, we charge a fixed flat shipping fee of $9.95 for each non-bulky order. Express shipping is $12.95.

Delivery time

As the majority of our baubles require custom personalisation, craftsmanship does take time. Please be extra patient and allow our talented calligraphers to create the best for you.

As the majority of our baubles require personalisation, we require time to allow our talented artists to handwrite in glitter calligraphy. Please be patient and allow us extra time to dispatch your order. For estimated delivery times to different states and territories, please refer to Australia Post for more details.

In-store pickup

We welcome in-store pickup at our Priceline Pharmacy Perth Central Station pop-up store. We’ll inform you by email when your order is ready to pickup. In most cases, personalised baubles would be ready to pick up the next day afternoon.

Bulk order

For orders of more than 10 personalised baubles, please contact us directly at santa@baubleup.com.au for a special discount and delivery arrangement.

Personalisation and Mistakes

Mistakes happen and we value our relationship. If you are not 100% happy with our calligraphy, we will do our best to amend/re-touch for you. However, in some circumstances, we are unable to make any changes. This is usually because the item you ordered has already gone into production. Please email us at santa@baubleup.com.au and we will try our best to help.

Refund

We offer a 14 days refund policy if the product you have received is broken, damaged, or not as shown on the website. Please email us and we will get in touch with you ASAP.

Change of mind

If you change your mind prior to the product order being completed and dispatched, or prior to any personalisation having been completed, please email us, and if possible we will try to cancel your order.
